In 1998, Full House Construction and Design (FHCD, LLC.) was created by three partners. FHCD began as a sub-contract custom framing company, specializing in framing houses from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet. Eventually, the company grew to take on interior trim, exterior trim, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other various remodeling projects.

In 2008, Full House Construction and Design became fully owned/operated and incorporated by Don Hanson, a founding partner. FHCD developed solely into a remodeling company and began focusing on a variety of remodeling projects, such as: additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more. Don Hanson and FHCD also became involved with home improvement television. Don was a host on HGTV’s hit show, “New Spaces” and partnered with HGTV on their show, “Cool Tools”. Don also acted as the Construction Manager and Staff Designer for DIY Network’s “Rescue Renovation”. Don performed work on other HGTV TV Specials as well, such as “Worst Kitchen in America”.

As Full House Construction and Design grew, the need for self-performing certain items such as electrical services began to grow. As a result, 323 Industries, Inc. was established. 323 industries allowed for FHCD to respond to last minute issues that may arise, work on projects that span a wide variety of sizes, and creates a dynamic and flexible workforce. Furthermore, it allowed the company to work and serve other contractors while not competing or misinterpreting their intentions with those they work with. This is a value and position that remains intact to this day.

Created as a faith-based company, Don felt that it was important to characterize their work as a blessing received and a blessing given. The backbone of their company is founded in the Bible verse from Colossians 3:23. This verse states to, “Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord Himself and not merely for others.” Don felt as though this Biblical instruction worked perfectly as the motivation behind the work at 323/FHCD and he consequently incorporated the verse into the new branding for 323 Industries, Inc., “Working With Heart and Soul”.
